The L005N is a Linux-based 1LCD smart projector from Hotack’s L005 series. It combines Full HD projection, Whale OS and intelligent image adjustment for home entertainment and OEM/ODM applications.
Whale OS Smart Entertainment Platform
The L005N features Whale OS, a smart entertainment interface running on Linux. Its organized home screen provides convenient navigation between media content, applications and connected sources.
The platform supports different software configurations for target markets. Application availability, streaming compatibility and licensing depend on the supplied configuration and region.

The projector also supports 4K video decoding and HDR10+ decoding. These are video processing capabilities; the native display resolution remains Full HD 1080P.

Fast Auto Focus and Auto Keystone Correction
The L005N features automatic focusing to help maintain image sharpness during setup. Electronic focusing is also supported for additional adjustment.

Auto Object Avoidance

The system also supports AIPQ image enhancement for video processing.
Dual-Band Wi-Fi and Multiple Connection Options
The L005N supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connectivity and wireless screen mirroring for compatible devices.
Its physical interfaces include one HDMI input, two USB ports, an AV input, a LAN port and a 3.5mm audio output. These connections support external media players, computers, gaming devices and audio equipment.
